How ordering works

1. Build your order list from the catalogue and our Curated Gift Boxes.
2. Send your order on WhatsApp. The website saves your request with a reference number and opens WhatsApp with the details filled in.
3. We confirm with you on WhatsApp: availability, final prices, any substitutions and the delivery fee. We source items after confirming — nothing is reserved automatically.
4. Pay by bank transfer once everything is agreed. We'll send an invoice, and a receipt when payment is received.

Prices shown on the website are our current listed prices. Items marked “Confirmation needed” or “Price to be confirmed” are confirmed before you pay. A cooperative or promo code identifies your order; any benefit applies only under its published terms.
